This two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is situated on the second floor in the heart of the traditional Spanish town of Turre. The town offers a variety of amenities including bars, restaurants, a supermarket, banks, and shops, and is just a short 10-minute drive from the beautiful beaches of Mojacar. Access to the apartment is via stairs. Upon entering, you step into a short corridor that leads to a spacious lounge and dining area. From the dining room, an open archway leads to a galley-style kitchen, which provides ample storage space and includes white goods. From the lounge, another archway opens into a small hallway that connects the two bedrooms and the family bathroom. Both bedrooms are generously sized; the main bedroom features a fitted wardrobe and is currently used as a double, while the second bedroom is set up as a single but still offers plenty of space for wardrobes and cupboards. The bathroom is fully tiled and includes an extra-long bathtub with an overhead shower. The property also has access to a shared roof solarium. Please note that although the apartment is part of a small block, there is no established administrator responsible for the maintenance, cleaning, or upkeep of the communal areas. As a result, the community is somewhat neglected, with residents parking mopeds in the communal hallway and using the open central area to dry laundry. The communal spaces are generally in poor condition and lack cleanliness. Additionally, while the building has a lift and garage space, neither is currently operational. Importantly, due to the absence of a community administration, there is no community insurance (seguro de comunidad) in place. This means risks such as fire or flooding are not covered by communal insurance, and individual property owners must arrange their own private insurance to protect their homes. This apartment offers a comfortable living space in a charming town but requires consideration regarding the communal management and associated responsibilities.
